The environment is clean and quite. Easy to find and close to the city
Its not that i didnt like, its just lack of cleaning tools. Been staying for a week so sometimes i need to clean the property by myself. Maybe it would be better if the owner prepare kitchen towel, hair dryer, mini vacuum, etc.

Very comfortable studio apartment , with everything we needed for a very enjoyable 7 day stay .Our host was always available for any requests or enquiries , and the outstanding supermarket (Forda) was only a short walk away . We walked into the riverfront on many occasions , as it was an interesting walk ( about half an hour)
The rooftop pool was only open on 3 days of our 7day stay ....but that was not our hosts fault .

Fine for a few days. You don’t need much. Little kitchenette too.
Wifi works good , shower pressure and AC work well too.
It might be a bit far from the city, you can order a Grab. I booked it mostly for the gym, didn’t mind to be far.
Gym is fine, however many cardio machines don’t work. You can do weights. Keep in mind there is no wifi in the gym.
There is a tiny supérette in the complex.
There are few things to improve :
- clearly we can see lots of stains in the walls. Next to the window is something a it disgusting. It is not a bad idea to clean the area
- I would remove the carpet. It has stains and makes the place don’t look clean as carpets keep lots of bacterias
- there are little cockroaches in the studio. There is product to kill them but please do something with that.
- the sofa has stains
- replace bathroom towels. They are too small and hard too
