Walking distance to centre, many restaurants downstairs, behind is a park .
3 adorable cats at reception area that we can pet every time we go in and out from the property.
Easy check in and out
- The pillows are moldy
- Moldy smell in the room that makes me feel uncomfortable
- A bit hot during sleeping because only fan provided
- Stairs a bit narrow, if carrying big luggage not so convenience.
- Toilet glass door cannot close
- Found cockroach crawling, but I was about to check out so didn’t inform

Staff is welcoming and building is secure. Small kitchen works well. Mostly quiet, but depends on neighboring room tenants. Close to river and boardwalk, with peaceful walking available..
Nearby music can be loud until midnight or even 1 in the morning.

it’s position is quite good, between the market and the river side. Its quite cheap, fair to the room you get. the airco is good, works fine and fast even quite still.
nonetheless the room is very small, you cant unpack 2 backpacks. you cant shower or go to the toilet privately your company will see and smell it. there are small bugs in the bed (we where prepared for these kind of things and brought a “sheet bag”. Iknow it doenst quite do the trick, but its the feeling.) next to that the room is quite noisy, you will hear you neighbours.
