Walking distance to centre, many restaurants downstairs, behind is a park . 3 adorable cats at reception area that we can pet every time we go in and out from the property. Easy check in and out
- The pillows are moldy - Moldy smell in the room that makes me feel uncomfortable - A bit hot during sleeping because only fan provided - Stairs a bit narrow, if carrying big luggage not so convenience. - Toilet glass door cannot close - Found cockroach crawling, but I was about to check out so didn’t inform

Staff is welcoming and building is secure. Small kitchen works well. Mostly quiet, but depends on neighboring room tenants. Close to river and boardwalk, with peaceful walking available..
Nearby music can be loud until midnight or even 1 in the morning.
