Dichtbij het centrum. Ruime kamer, prima douche met fijn regelbaar warm water. Prima bed, airco, plafondwaaier. Gastheer die je veel informatie geeft waar je kunt eten en voor uitstapjes, die hij ook voor je regelt als je wilt.

Eigenlijk niets. Wil je naar het centrum dan kun je de ferry nemen, is 300 meter lopen. Grabs in overvloed brengen je in no time overal naar toe voor luttele bedragen.

Very cozy and homely stay. I would especially recommend it to digital nomads and people who are planning to stay a longer time. Zack, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming, shared interesting stories and also helped out practically by giving a lot of valuable advice and even lended some equipment. Kitchen was basic but had everything needed. WiFi was fast and rarely had problems. There were other travelers staying over, so it also had a nice social vibe. Overall it felt more like staying over with a friend than a hotel.

Everything was great for me. If you're not used to night prayers from mosques, I would suggest to get good earplugs. Also consider the distance from center, as you're mostly go there by taxi (it's cheap in Kuching).

Zack is so kind and helpfull with everything. His place is amazing and it is in the quieter part of the city. He has some cute cats and a beautiful garden. The citycenter is also easily accessable and here you can experience some real local life with kind foodstands and people. The room and the bathroom is big, and looked like freshly renovated, I liked the designe.

Host is fantastic, helpful, punctual, very good level of English. Highly recommended!

Location can be difficult if you do not have a car or if you do not know when the boat goes. The rate if you travel alone is 5 or 10 myr not 1myr. Walking to the pedestrian bridge takes up to 40 mins. Room is very hot if windows are kept closed. Carpet on the floor makes the room warmer.
