Flat "Platan II" in Świnoujście is a unique place of rest and relaxation, which is loved by our guests. The flat is located in the closed settlement Platan Complex, which was built in 2010 in the recreational area of Świnoujście and is surrounded by a park with planted plane trees. In the immediate vicinity of the Platan Complex is the largest outdoor playground in Świnoujście, which is loved by children - a perfect place for family recreation; and in the immediate vicinity - a playroom for children with a café for parents. There are shops nearby, such as Biedronka or LIDL, as well as a rich gastronomic offer of numerous bars and restaurants. In addition, the flat is located only 700 metres from the Polish-German border crossing, and the nearby UBB station allows you to move freely towards Germany.
"Platan II" is a fully equipped flat with two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a total area of 56 m2. Its additional advantage is a very spacious balcony. It is a modern Scandinavian-style interior - bright, simple and functional. Earth colours dominate: Beige, grey and brown.
