Przestronny, wyposażony w niezbędne akcesoria apartament. Dodatkowy atut to: duży, słoneczny taras oraz przypisane do apartamentu miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Bliskość sklepów, restauracji, kawiarni także in plus. Do morza spacerkiem ok. 15-tu minut, przy okazji można zwiedzić kawałek Świnoujścia. Jednym słowem POLECAM.

Przestronne mieszkanie, wszystko sprawne, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Wszędzie blisko.
Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to sąsiad. Zdarzyło się poczuć woń zielonego, a facet cały dzień siedział w domu, kaszlał i grał z kolegami online na słuchawkach, dzięki czemu nie dało się posiedzieć na fajnym tarasie, a w mieszkaniu człowiek czuł jakby sąsiad był metr za oknem. W nocy też potrafił wydawać dziwne dźwięki.
