About this apartment rental

Our cozy vacation apartment in the Kampl district accommodates up to four guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. The kitchen-living area includes a traditional wood stove and a dishwasher. A balcony offers a splendid view of the surroundings and is a great spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Towels and bed linen are, of course, included in the rental price.

From May 16, 2025 to November 2, 2025, the Stubai Super Summer Card is included in the price – it offers numerous benefits such as free use of the mountain cable cars, free entry to swimming pools and museums, as well as complimentary use of public transportation throughout the Stubai Valley.

The location of our apartment is perfect for both winter and summer activities: cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and the Schlick 2000 and Elfer ski areas are nearby. After an active day, you can enjoy regional delicacies at one of the many restaurants in Neustift’s town center, just 2 km away.

The Stubai Glacier, ideal for skiers and snowboarders, is about 20 minutes away, either by free ski bus or by car. In summer, we recommend a visit to the nearby Kampler See, which offers a beautiful setting and a children's playground with swings, slides, a sandbox, and a climbing wall. The surrounding Stubai Alps are perfect for relaxing hikes and exciting mountain bike tours.

Whether for a small family or a couple, our vacation apartment provides the perfect retreat to unwind after a day in nature and enjoy a cozy evening. Free parking is available right in front of the property.

Beautiful property with incredible views. We had an event to attend in Innsbruck which was a 30 to 40 minute drive away.We did not have information about check in until the day before we were due to arrive and followed this up with Vrbo - someone was actually at the property, but this was not clear from the listing. Our German is almost non existent, and the hosts English was not very good so this could have been a reason for the issue. Some communication in English about what the check in procedure was would have been helpful. In the end everything was fine, the host on site was really lovely and we had an excellent stay.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an der Waldgrenze, somit hat man eine super Aussicht auf den ELFER und ins Tal, allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, denn es geht sehr steil zur FeWo. Ansonsten war die FeWo top sauber und der Klaus als Gastgeber ein sehr netter umgänglicher Mensch, der auf jede Frage eine Antwort hatte. Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder

Wir haben zu viert eine sehr angenehme Skiurlaubswoche bei Klaus verbracht. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung bietet einen fantastischen Blick ins Stubaital und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Klaus ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und flexibler Vermieter, den wir absolut empfehlen können ! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen ! Fam. Tessin

Es ist eine sehr geräumige, sehr saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und aber auch aus den Fenstern ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang der Ortsschaft Kampl am Waldrand. Es ist schön ruhig, so dass man mit offener Balkontür schlafen und somit die wunderbare Bergluft genießen kann. Von dort aus lädt der Besinnungsweg gleich zu einer kleinen Wanderung ein. Die Familie führt eine Alm, die man über diesen Weg erreichen kann. Hier kann man sich ausgiebig mit allerlei Leckereien verwöhnen lassen. . Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt mit im Haus und ist superlieb und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein wenn man sein Auto nicht groß benutzen möchte. Der Kampler See als nahegelegenen Freizeit- und Erholungsziel für Jung und Alt ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum ausruhen und auch baden ein. Man kann jede Ortschaft z. B. Neustift direkt über einen Fußweg erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Stubaital ist für jeden was dabei. Ob Aktivurlaub für Jung und Alt oder zur Erholung und Entspannung. Wir kommen wieder!
