Schöne Ferienhausanlage, jedoch könnte einiges mal erneuert werden (Stühle, Couch, Wasserhahn) Garten sowie auch Sandkasten könnte mehr gepflegt sein. Im Sandkasten wurden beim spielen mehrere Glasscherben gefunden.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem wirklich sehr schönen und großzügigen Haus. Der Spielturm im Garten hat unseren Kleinen sehr gut gefallen. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass wirklich Alle (vom Hausmeister über den Rezeptionisten bis hin zum Surflehrer) sehr freundlich, bemüht und gut gelaunt waren.

Das komplett einzäunte Grundstück ist perfekt für kleinere Kinder und auch Hunde. Bis zum Strand (Surfstrand) war es nicht weit, jedoch ist der Badestrand etwas entfernt. Mit dem vorhandenen Bollerwagen, aber kein Problem. Alles in allem...sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Wir waren vom 27.07.18 bis 03.08.18 im Haus Nr:25 das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind mit 4 Jahren.Der Spielplatz am Haus hat unserem Enkelkind sehr gut gefallen ,ideal auch für Kleinkinder da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Toll ist das auch ein Bollerwagen zur Verfügung steht.An den Strand zur Seebrücke ist es allerdings schon ein ganz schönes Stück zu Fuß. Da der zum Haus gehörende Strandkorb dort steht .Mit Bollerwagen ist es zu schaffen.Der Surferstrand ist in der Nähe fanden wir aber zum Baden nicht so toll.Es wurde kostenloser Internet-Zugang angeboten der aber zu keiner Zeit funktioniert nicht mal nachts.Das fand meine Tochter und unser Schwiegersohn nicht so toll.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in dem Haus Nr. 25 und ich kann dieses nur weiterempfehlen!!Die Größe des Hauses und die Aufteilung der Zimmer sind optimal.Es ist alles da was man braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Das ganze Haus ist modern eingerichtet und war tip top sauber. Da wir leider schechtes Wetter hatten kam der Kamin und die Sauna zum vollen Einsatz. Beides funktionierte top!!! Dir Randlage des Hauses empfanden wir als sehr positiv ,sehr ruhig und wenig Autoverkehr. Der Strand ist sehr schön und in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten .

Wir sind zum 2. Mal in der Anlage und es wird bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Mit Haus 25 haben wir den absoluten Glücksgriff gemacht!! Die Lage haben wir uns bewusst vorher angeschaut, da uns persönlich die Randhäuser mehr zusagen. Ausstattung, Iventar, Sauberkeit alles topp mit 5 Daumen nach oben. Die An- und Abreise völlig problemlos und nochmals ein ganz großes Danke an die freundliche Hausverwaltung, die gleich am ersten Tag über die Notfallnummer aushelfen musste, da wir uns ausgeschlossen hatten :-( Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, die Größe des Hauses ist hierfür optimal. Zimmer keineswegs hellhörig, 2 vollausgestattete Badezimmer, funktionsfähige, geräumige Küche, Kamin und Sauna - was will man für einen Silvesterurlaub mehr. Pelzerhaken hat sich über die Jahre toll entwickelt, schöne Promenade und sehr gute Gastronomie (wann immer wir mal in der Nähe sind, kehren wir beim Griechen "Alexandros" ein). Leider ist jeder Urlaub einmal vorbei, aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
