The "Seebär" vacation home, which is over 200 square meters in size, features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for 8 people. It’s in a great location—extremely quiet on a private street, surrounded by single-family homes and close to the beach.[nbsp][nbsp]The lively[nbsp] Dünenmeile, right on the Baltic Sea, with its many restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and lovely shops to browse, as well as the magnificent sandy beach, are all just a few minutes’ walk away. A perfect base for[nbsp] a varied vacation![nbsp][nbsp]
The tastefully furnished vacation home is surrounded by a beautiful, fully fenced-in garden with mature trees. There are a total of three terraces[nbsp][nbsp]with[nbsp][nbsp] a beach chair, awning, sun loungers, and dining set. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living room and a cozy reading nook with a beautiful view of the spacious garden, an adjoining dining area[nbsp], and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a box-spring bed (160x200), TV, and blackout pleated blinds, as well as a guest restroom, are also located on this level. Three additional bedrooms, also with box-spring beds (180x200), TVs, and blackout pleated blinds, as well as two separate bathrooms—with the shower located in the center and accessible from both bathrooms—[nbsp][nbsp]are located on the upper floor. The basement houses the wellness area with a sauna and fitness room, as well as a washer and dryer.
Free Wi-Fi access. All windows on the lower and ground floors are equipped with exterior blinds. A carport parking space, two additional car parking spaces, and a wall-mounted charging station (for a fee) are located on the property. A bike shed for storing bicycles out of the rain is also available. The property is fully fenced. The tiled stove in the living room cannot be used.
