Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn man Familien mit kleinen Kindern als Nachbarn hat, dann ist der Schlaf am frühen Morgen beendet. Das will nicht jeder im Urlaub.

Super Ferienwohnung. Der Strand erreicht man in wenigen Schritten. Für Familien ist es eine schöne verkehrsberuhigte Umgebung mit zahlreichen Spielplätzen.
Auch Ausflugsziele sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Beispiele: Hansa park, Zoo arche Noah, sealife,....
