The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and all major appliances and kitchen utensils. As an option, we can provide a complete set of bedding and bath linens for an additional fee.
Set on 2,000 m² of land, the property features a soccer field, swimming pool, sauna, barbecue area, wood-fired pizza oven and stove, games area, playhouse, ping-pong table, foosball table, etc.
For your convenience, local businesses offer delivery services from pharmacies, restaurants, and supermarkets.
For those who love adventure, there’s a hill with a trail, and from the top you can enjoy a view of the region.
Nearby beaches include Recreio, Prainha, and Grumari; another great option is to drive to Itacuruçá and take a tour of the Tropical Islands—it takes about 40 minutes by car.
