Relax with family and friends in this tranquil accommodation. Spacious and cozy house. Located in a gated community with total security and close to Recreio Shopping. Very close to the beautiful beaches of Macumba, Prainha, Grumari and Recreio. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all utensils and appliances new and in perfect condition. House with luxurious and comfortable decor. The condominium has 24-hour reception. The house has a swimming pool and 5 bedrooms. Energy and water consumption will be calculated and charged separately, according to the meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
