About this house rental
The house is located across from Piratininga Beach.
Just cross the street to put your feet in the sand and take a dip.
Oh, and before diving in, you can check the sea conditions from your room window right when you wake up.
This is truly priceless!
Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves is an unparalleled experience.
Our beach is almost private, with very little traffic, which provides greater peace and quiet for our guests.
I have no neighbors on either side here, guaranteeing total privacy.
Returning home.
When we entered from the beach, we were greeted by a very large outdoor area; on the right side, there was space to comfortably park 3 cars, and on the left, a swimming pool for relaxing.
In the surrounding area, every house has a balcony.
The gourmet area is located to the right of the house; it's covered and quite spacious. It includes a cooktop, barbecue grill, side-by-side refrigerator, and a wooden table for eight people. At the back, along the veranda, is the laundry area.
Upon entering, we have access through 2 tempered glass doors that allow a view of the outside area and also of the beach.
First, we found the living room with a 50" TV with Oi TV offering movie channels, 500 Mbps 5G fiber optic internet, a sofa, and a coffee table. In the adjoining room with an open passageway is the dining room with a table for 6. From the table, it's possible to see the TV and also interact with those in the living room.
I took advantage of this interactivity to place a bunk bed in this space, making it easier for those with mobility restrictions, since from this space we have passage to the kitchen, quick access to the bathroom (without a shower stall), and also an area that is on the same level. The kitchen inside the house has all the appliances and utensils, as well as a Soft Everest water filter with chilled water.
Upstairs are the bedrooms. The first one on the right is a suite with a side view of the sea, featuring a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a work/study desk with a pouf, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Room 2 with a full frontal sea view! Super spacious room with a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning.
