If you need wifi - better ask in advance. House require some investments and renovation which is not visible on photos but it is in the comments. Beds already falling apart. Broken lights in the swimming pool which should be fixed, lack of deck chairs / sunbed on the top balcony.

Wonderful pool and outside spaces to relax!

The pool was amazing, plenty of room inside to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We loved all the balconies and outside sitting areas. There were air conditioners in every bedroom, both kitchens, and the living spaces. The downstairs kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Check in and check out we’re very easy.

Dish soap, kitchen towels, and paper towels were not provided, so we immediately had to make a trip to the store. Also only 3 bathroom towels were provided in a house that is for 8 guests. We couldn’t get the upstairs stove to work (the downstairs stove worked well!), but the oven and fridge worked fine. None of these issues were big, and we still had an amazing time. I also want to note that we did not reach out to the host about any of these issues - to us they were minor inconveniences and they may have been corrected if we asked…

Ein schönes Haus mit Platz, Pool und Meerblick, das durchdurch zahlreiche Mängel an Qulität verliert

Sehr viel Platz für eine große Gruppe, außergewöhnliche Architektur als Splitz-Level-Haus mit vielen Zimmern, drei Bädern und zwei Küchen. Besonders schön sind die großen Sonnenterrassen mit Meerblick sowie der großzügige Pool. Positiv war auch, dass der Vermieter sehr kulant und freundlich reagiert hat, als wir durch einen eigenen Fehler einen Tag zu früh angereist sind und flexibel einen Tag hinzubuchen konnten.

Leider gab es zahlreiche Mängel: sehr wenig Besteck, eine Küche überhaupt nicht nutzbar, kaputte Armatur in unterer Küche (total wackelig), unbequeme und stark quietschende Betten, Sofas und Bettrahmen mit bröselndem Kunstleder, keine Möbel oder Beschattung auf den Terrassen. Am Pool sind Fliesen im Sitzbereich kaputt (Verletzungsgefahr). WLAN funktioniert im ganzen Haus nicht – nur am Rand des Grundstücks, obwohl der Defekt laut älteren Bewertungen schon länger besteht. Im Garten stand eine defekte Laterne, die nicht berührt werden durfte. Insgesamt ist es erstaunlich, wie viele Schäden und Mängel in diesem eigentlich schönen Haus vorhanden sind, ohne dass sie behoben werden.

Haus renovierungsbedürftig

Klimaanlage. Bäder gut ausgestattet mit Regendusche und schönen Waschbecken. Küche EG hat Spülmaschine. Blick aufs Meer. Parkplatz vor der Tür auf schräger Wiese.

Das Haus bräuchte eine Renovierung. Steckdosen hängen teilweise aus der Wand, offene Stromkabel in der Wiese. Putz fällt von den Wänden ab. Skorpione im Wohnzimmer. Stinkenden Abfluss im Bad. Sonnenliegen zerbrechen, bei 60 kg Belastung. Laterne abgerostet und angeknickt- es wurde fast jemand erschlagen. Fliesen beschädigt am Pool.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool, genügend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer von den Terassen aus und Johnny (der sich um das Haus kümmert) war total lieb und bemüht und hat sich auch erkundigt was er verbessern kann

Einige Kleinigkeiten.. die Kanten im Pool sind wirklich sehr scharfkantig, da haben sich 3 von 4 Kindern die Füße aufgeschnitten, Johnny meinte aber er kümmert sich darum. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich zu wenig, es braucht viel mehr Besteck, große Schüsseln und wir haben keine Pfanne gefunden. Die Sessel würden sich alle über Filzgleiter freuen, die quietschen extrem. Und es waren wirklich viele Ameisen, vor allem bei der unteren Terassentür und oben rechts im Schlafzimmer. Auch wäre es schön gewesen, hätten wir die Schlafzimmer abdunkeln können, da fehlen Verdunkelungsrollos. Auf der oberen Terasse wäre auch eine Sitzgelegenheit toll, Liegen würden sich da anbieten. Ein paar Steckdosen sind lose und ein bis zwei Wäscheständer wären toll gewesen. Und wir hätten gerne vorher gewusst dass wir eine Kaution hinterlegen müssen, das sollte man vorab im Inserat erwähnen.
