Die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters, gute Lage, eigenes Häuschen. Hunde erlaubt, Bettwäsche u Handtücher vorhanden! Würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn die groben Mängel behoben werden 😊

Sehr einfache Einrichtung, kein TV!!!! Sehr kleines Bad, kein heißes Wasser im Küchenbereich, kleiner....alter Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach funktioniert nicht. Ameisen in der Nacht im Wohnbereich😒 Kein Mistkübel im Wohnbereich..nur im Bad.

Explicit review: Read it, its worth it. Nice place with some defects..

The house: has 3 bathrooms - and it perfectly fits for two families or a group of 3 couples. - You have lots of drinking glasses and plates, spoon, forks etc.. so you don't have to bring anything except Cooking pans (see the negative review) - Also enough towels for everyone. - Jakuzzi and Pool are a good bonus - pretty quiet but depends always who is your neighbor while your stay. - You can park your car inside not on the streets - Location: is pretty much perfect, you can walk down to the beach. You have a nice bar right next to you and also a small bread and fruit shop. Also the little centrum of prematura is 5 min walk and there you literally have EVERYTHING, such as bars, cafe, shops, markets. If you need a huge supermarket like LIDL, or PLODINE you need to drive direction Medulin (15/20 minutes by car)

- There is no main door that can be closed in the night, meaning that when you drive in with your car you can't close the main entrance but you can close the house at least. So thats a huge fail, since everybody can walk inside in your garden area where the pool jacuzzi is... - DIRTY. Im not the type of person who is too picky but this house is way much under the cleaning standards. Kitchen is dirty, every shelf/table etc. - DIRTY floor - Dirty every corner! Dirty kitchen boxes (where you put your food inside) DIRTY outside, tables etc. - DIRTY cooking pan (should be thrown away and replaced a new one) Also the cleaning lady (forgot her name) doesn't pay attention to the left-overs from the previous guest, there is salt and sugar (which is always a bonus for the next arrivals) but poured out on the floor and staying loose everywhere (no organization at all! - Vacuum cleaner and dish washer are very in poor condition. - Furnitures and facade also need to be changed and renewed (which for us it didn't matter)
