Waterfront Bungalow w/ Private Beach on Peconic Bay

Incredible property, amazing owner… thought of everything to make this feel like a home away from home.

The house, the view, the amenities… everything is top notch. The owners have thought of everything. Rain or shine, it is an amazing place to stay. So close to the town of Greenport, you have the option to do so much, or nothing at all.

Delightful cottage right on the water. Wonderfully situated with views of Orient lighthouse and shelter Island. Can’t wait to come back. Excellent base for visiting wineries, checking out all the different beaches and also just a lovely place to stay if you want to be indoors reading, playing puzzles, etc..

This was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room, beautiful view and it's at the end of the street so not a lot of traffic. They have a great gas stove, so I got to make a large pot of chili and goulash for my family that live in NY to fill their freezers to have after I left. We collected shells on the beach and fed seagulls from the back yard with the grandbabies. We enjoyed our stay and the sunset tremendously.
