About this house rental
Charming farmhouse of 350m² in a village close to the salt marshes and beaches of Mesquer (10 minutes by car).
Shops and markets nearby (Saint-Molf and Mesquer).
The accommodation
Very large living room, fitted kitchen, large fireplace. Large garden (7500 m²) with car parking.
Sleeps 10/12 people + 5/7 children:
In the main house:
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with 160 cms bed (sleeps 2 to 4)
- Bedroom 2: Large dormitory (sleeps 5 to 7)
- Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with 140 cms bed with 120 cms bed on mezzazine (sleeps 2 to 4).
+ Extra beds in the children's bathroom (sleeps 2).
In the annex (internal passage):
- Bedroom 4: double bed 160 cms
- Bedroom 5: double bed 160 cms
- Bedroom 6: mezzanine single bed (90 cms)
Three bathrooms in total and 3 toilets.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Rental Rates and Conditions:
650 €/day. From 3500 € to 4500 €/week depending on the season.
Long weekends and long weekends: 2100 € to 2300 € for 3 nights depending on the season and the number of people, 2400 to 2600 € for 4 nights; 2800 to 3000 for 5 nights
Christmas and New Year's Day: 3200 € to 3500 € for 5 nights minimum
"Classic" weekends: 1500 to 1600 € for 2 nights depending on the season and the number of people
Contribution to cleaning costs: 250 €
Deposit: 30% upon booking
Balance: 2 weeks before arrival
Security deposit: 3000 €

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour dans cette très belle maison, remarquablement restaurée et décorée avec beaucoup d'élégance. Les prestations sont de très grande qualité, l'accueil chaleureux et la situation idéale pour un séjour au calme, aux cœur des marais salants, pour randonner. Je recommande vivement cette adresse !
