A former farmhouse, adjoining another gîte (no. H85G010551), located on a working farm (goats). Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen (fireplace, telephone), shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) (shower room/WC). Kitchen and shower room under the eaves. One step between each room except between the bedrooms. Wi-Fi. Shared 700m² grounds at the front (ping-pong table). Private enclosed 150m² area at the rear, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers). Private pond on site (fishing). Private microlight airfield 200m away. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8 per person per stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax, electric heating: based on the general meter reading (8 kWh per day deducted for standard consumption): payable on site.
