House near sea south exposed Provencale style

Bien équipée (sèche-cheveux, fer et table à repasser, vaisselle suffisante pour 6, livres, jeux de société...) et bien agencée (1 chambre parentale au rdc et 2 chambres à l'étage, non voisines, 2 salles de bain chacune leur fenêtre, 2 WC séparés) lumineuse Petit bémol les extérieurs sont vieillissants (terrasse, portail, stores bannes, salon de.jardin) Maison bien située à proximité de tout Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable à vivre qui est agrémentée d'une belle terrasse et d'un joli jardin. Baignades, balades, visites variées les activités n'ont pas manquées. Il y a deux belles chambres (l'une étant une suite avec sa propre salle d'eau)et une troisième plus petite avec 2 lits gigognes. Nous étions 6 et c'était parfait pour nous.

L’accueil a été chaleureux et la maison était identique aux photos, c’était parfait entre amis.

The house was very well appointed for cooking and comfortable. The photos do not represent the state of the garden, it is neglected with weeds, dried out and not lush as in the photos and does not have the market umbrellas, potted plants nor window boxes with flowers. The manager was difficult at check out alleging that we left a mark on the white melamine kitchen counter which we did not, began cleaning counters with cleaner as if they were not clean or as bright as they were, touched the fridge shelves which were wet and had us wash them again, acting like we didn't meet the criteria to get our deposit back... very uncomfortable scenario and thus would not recommend staying here unless new mgmt. Also neighbourhood not interesting for a walk in the Evening as it is close to main roads, but was convenient to drive to nearby beaches or markets. Additionally, the entry gates are falling apart so not easy to close. This property is ok, nice decor, but clearly lacks maintence (in addition to garden issues, windows and sills dirty, dust bunnies under beds, shower curtain slightly moldy...). The previous review about the mgr was accurate.
