Villa SunView with large pool and jacuzzi, new build 2020, boat for a fee

We enjoyed our stay at this property and everything was Great. The pool and hot tub were Wonderful! We would definitely book this again. The management company were very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that the boat was not available to rent. They need to have more wash clothes and hand towels for the 3 bathrooms, only 3 wash clothes were there. Sue

Dennis was a great host. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the hot tub as the weather was a little chilly for the pool.

Mixed Experience: Good Location, But Major Management IssuesThe location and neighborhood were very good, and the property itself was generally satisfactory. The pool was the highlight — very nice — though they really need to provide more pool towels. The kitchen supplies were basic and on the cheap side, nothing special.The biggest issue was the management company. Someone from the company showed up the next morning without any prior notice. This was not something we expected, and it felt intrusive. He walked around the property as if he owned it, and the visit should have been clearly disclosed in the VRBO listing.Then he informed us that we were required to pay for electricity. The VRBO listing explicitly stated that all fees were included, which was the basis for our booking. Because of this unexpected charge, I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to prevent unauthorized fees. This was extremely frustrating and should never happen when booking through a platform that requires full fee transparency.The owners and management need to be upfront and accurate in their listing. Guests should not be surprised with undisclosed charges or unannounced visits. Until these issues are corrected, I cannot recommend this property.I understand that people from Germany own this property. Maybe we should not allow German people to own property in the USA. This might solve this problem.
