Hot tub takes a while to warm up. Home was lovely. Tv was limited.

Nice location, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was nice and when we had questions about the pool heater the property manager was very responsive. The home was well stocked with items that were needed that are not always found in VRBO homes that necessitate a trip to the store to buy things you’d rather not have to buy. We appreciated that. We spent a month here and it satisfied all of our needs.

The home was beautiful. The pool was nice but there was little black stuff floating on the top every day. We had to use the net to clean the top as much as possible before we swam. All the light switches were very complicated, you had to set different settings just to turn the lights on. There was something mentioned in the lease about if you burn more than 6 a day in electricity you would be charged. I didn't like setting in the dark in fear we would go over. We didn't use the gas grill because there was a 50 fee if you didn't clean it properly after use. We had to buy our own trash bags. There was a very small amount of laundry detergent for one load of clothes and no dryer sheets. No one checked on us to see if we needed anything. There were minimal (small) cooking skillets. The beds in the small bedrooms were not comfortable, the sheets were paper thin and the pillows were flat. We couldn't enjoy the hot tub in fear we would run up the electric bill. For what you have to pay for the nightly rate, I don't recommend this home nor will my family and myself rent it again.
