Schöne grosse Wohnung mit Terrasse,Lage direkt über der Marina,Aussicht,Parkplatz in der Garage,schöne Poolanlage im Nebenhotel,10 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum,gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit,Lokale in der Nähe.
In der Wohnung ist schon länger nichts mehr erneuert worden,Die Matratzen im grossen Schlafzimmer gehören ersetzt,sie sind durchgelegen,die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen,es gibt aber nur 3 Weingläser und die sind nicht gleich,es wäre ein Miniaufwand das zu ändern,Der Wasserkocher und Toaster gehören ausgetauscht da sie keine automatische Stoppfunktion haben.
