Contemporary apartment with all new decor in centre of marina. Located in best area of marina and on top floor so more private. 1 min to shops/restaurants, 3 mins to beach, 3 mins to centre of Lagos. 2 beds, 1 bathroom, large living room, galley kitchen (with sea view), large private balcony with panoramic view of marina. Balcony has all day sun. Recently renovated to highest possible standard. Best aspect/view in Lagos!

Lovely apartment with exceptional location in the heart of the Marina area. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and access to the nearby pool and beach. Perfect for our family.

The location was perfect and the Apartment met our needs very well. The host went to great lengths to make sure we were all set with everything we needed. Interestingly, the picture shows a view overlooking a pool, but the actual apartment has a great deck overlooking the Marina (and we had access to the pool nearby). I'll take the Marina view any day!

Great location, quiet, top floor, parking, A/C all these are great but he apartment was sold as “recently renovated to the highest possible standards “ I would question the wording and dates of this statement ? , it all needs a lick of paint and and some loving. No freezer, this was broken so no ice for drinks or freezer packs for the beach bag . Curtains aren’t great so loads of light in the mornings in the bedrooms , the shutters were also broken so you cannot close them to block out the morning light . The second bedroom looked like it was for the 70’s . We only used the main bedroom but I think if it had been 2 couple there would have been straws drawn. Sofa not comfortable if your staying in. The seagulls poop all over the balcony you can’t stop it I know , we had to wipe the beds and table every day if you wanted to use them . I just think these things needed pointing out as I was expecting a nicer quality apartment for my hard earned money.
