The location was perfect, most places were walking accessible in the town of Lagos. It was nice to not need the car during the stay. The apartment was super spacious with lots of natural light and was exceptionally clean!
Although getting the keys from the host directly and a overview of the property from the host was nice I didn't like having to set up a time one hour before arrival to meet up with the host. Coming from a different location makes this a burden as I didn't know when we were going to be there, if we were going to have delays or somehow arrived earlier than our stated time. Ideally a 15 minute warning or 30 at max prior to arrival should be good enough. 1 hour made it stressful for us as we were coming from Spain. We also didnt want to be in a situation where we had to wait for the host. It was a bit stressful for the arrival as a result.

Aangenaam, licht, comfortabel, ruim, schoon, goed verzorgd en zonnig hoekappartement op amper 10 min. lopen van het centrum van Lagos. Communicatie met eigenaars verloopt prettig, snel en duidelijk. Erg handig dat er vanalles wat is, zodat je dat niet gelijk zelf hoeft aan te schaffen (koffie, thee, suiker, olie, azijn, kruiden, (af)wasmiddel, keukenrol, wc-papier etc.). Leuk welkomstpakket bij aankomst: vers brood, fles wijn, honing, sardientjes, toast. Bedden goed maar aan de harde kant (topper?). Appartement werd halverwege ons verblijf (wij waren er 4 weken) schoongemaakt. Voortreffelijke desembakker onder in het complex.
Tamelijk kleine verbeteringen zouden het comfort verhogen, zeker als je er langer verblijft, zoals: 2 luie stoelen op het balkon, beter/gezelliger (lees)licht in de woonkamer (2 extra staande lampen?), beter licht boven de kookplaat en het aanrecht, een echte combi-oven/magnetron (nu is er alleen een magnetron), haakjes in de keuken voor handdoek en theedoek, een degelijke grillpan en een stevige braadpan (pannen stellen nu niet veel voor), meer grote wijnglazen (nu zijn er 3 voor een 4 pers. appartement), een stevig staande strijkplank.

Lovely apartment that has great parking for your car, nice balconies and is close to the Marina. Its clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The host is very attentive, ensuring the unit has everything to make your stay very comfortable.
