High Quality Townhouse - Dual Occupancy Living holiday home.
Enjoy a short stroll down Elliot Avenue to the sandy shores of Hayborough, plus local amenities and Coles, Bunnings, Aldi are all close by.
This home can be rented out as a whole house or can be rented out as two separate self-contained apartments.

Downstairs offers the following lay out-

Hall way entrance with a door to close and lock off to keep separate from upstairs unit if you do not rent both properties.

Open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living area.
Kitchen has gas cooking, pantry, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, pura tap lots of cupboard and bench top space.

Dining room with a large table seats 8 people. High Chair.

Lounge room with lots of seating areas and a TV and Radio. Large split system heating and cooling.

Glass sliding doors leading out into the backyard area which has frass area for the children to play and is fully fenced. Outdoor table and chairs as well as a BBQ for guests use.

Bedroom one with a Queen size bed, side tables, built in robes.

Bedroom two with bunk beds x2 sets and built in robes. Glass sliding doors leading out into the backyard.

Bedroom three with a queen size bed, side tables and a built in robe.

Laundry separate located downstairs with washing machine. Iron and ironing board. This is shared between both separate properties.

It was the perfect place for us to take refuge over the weekend. Was very grateful for the early check in and late check out. The staff at Harris were so friendly. The location was close to the beach, and other areas we spent time at. Absolutely loved our stay! Would be keen to book again!

Our extended family group of 13 adults and a greyhound enjoyed the 2-level layout of this property, which allowed us space to spread out. We used the downstairs tiled floor unit for shared meals and the BBQ, keeping the upstairs carpeted unit for group activities like card & board games. Having a separate toilet and bathroom on each level was essential with such a large group. It would have been handy to have additional bathrooms at high traffic times like coming home after the beach. If renting just one unit, it’s our observation that the upstairs unit is slightly newer, brighter and less cluttered. We were glad that this property was open to our dog, which was the primary reason we choose it.
