The location was great, 100 metres from the beach and jetty. Nice big house for hosting 16 people.

We were very disappointed with the customer service of the Ray White sales person who hosts this property. When we picked up the keys at the start of this trip we were given a checkout check list of what we needed to do to clean the place which is perfect as it's good to know exactly what needs doing. We had paid for a professional cleaner as part of the fees so the list wasn't too exacting. So we arrived and I noticed when I made my bed up with the linen we'd brought that there was hair all over the doona. I brushed it off and just assumed as it was a budget place we couldn't afford to be too fussy. We had a great weekend there and on checkout we followed the checklist and cleaned the place thoroughly as per the checklist. We are a very clean group, no alcohol and we spent the majority of our time either at the beach or playing board games. So nothing that would be making a huge mess. The only things not on the checklist was cleaning the floors, cleaning the bathrooms and washing the tea towels/towels etc. One week later I get an email saying that they are charging my card an extra $50 cleaning fee as the cleaner had to spend extra time cleaning. The email then listed a list of extra cleaning items which the cleaner apparently took extra time doing, ie washing towels etc Anyway to cut a very long story short, we have sent one email and followed it by two phone calls to try and sort this out (the host did not even appear to have read the email until after we rang) explaining to the host that they shouldn't be charging us extra fees as penalties for not doing things we were not asked to do. We are no closer to having this resolved and are very disappointed with the 'service' we have received.
