Welcome to your home away from home! Tucked away in front of Martha Pointer park, which offers a playground, pickleball, tennis and basketball. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is convenient to President George Bush Highway.
Included in this updated floorpan is a large kitchen with a large island that is located adjacent to the dining room with a table that seats 7. The perfect layout for families or gatherings.
The main living area is an open, inviting area where a fireplace and large flat screen tv can be enjoyed and viewed from the kitchen and dining area. A sunroom sits at the back of the home for an additional space for reading, watching TV or relaxing.
At the end of the day, retreat for a peaceful night’s rest in one of the 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds. The second bathroom has a walk in shower.
Overall, this home offers a comfortable and ambient space that is great for families, entertaining, socializing or just unwinding. We do allow pets (for additional fee).
The location in the north Dallas suburbs has easy access to major highways and all popular attractions:

In town with a friend for the week. Enjoyed our stay. Garage access is very handy as I would not have felt as comfortable leaving anything in my car outside in the rundown neighborhood.

This property was great for our stay in the DFW area. The home was pretty clean and modern inside. The air conditioner worked wonders during the warm humid days. All of the beds were comfortable for the guests. There is a nice park across the street as well for any younger guests. Do plan to bring everything you need for your stay as this place is lightly stocked. It's also about 30 minutes for downtown Dallas, so plan $30-$60 to Uber one way. Communication with the host was excellent.

The neighborhood and home were just wonderful. I stayed with my 2 children and they loved the home as well. The host was very communicative and accommodating.
