Plus, an additional area that is converted into a 5th Bedroom with a queen-sized murphy-bed. Fits up to 10 people. All 4 Bedrooms have a smart TVs for personal down time, a desk and darkening curtains. Utilities included.

Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped home. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and provided a lot of recommendations about area restaurants, grocery stores, etc. With 6 adults needing to get ready for a wedding at once, it was important to us to have 3 bathrooms, which was hard to find. This one fit the bill and also had outdoor play equipment that entertained our 2 year-old grandson.

It was freezing cold in Dallas while we were in town , the home was cozy warm, very comfortable

Plenty of space for our group of 8. Nice, well-appointed kitchen. Lovely back yard, though we didn't visit during pool season. Quiet neighborhood. Pack 'n Play for our baby was most helpful.
