Relax in this modern 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath escape! Connect the indoor living space with the outdoor pool and fabulous views with sliding glass walls! You'll have everything you need to entertain in the fully-equipped modern kitchen and outdoor grill station.
Upstairs, the master bedroom also has a sliding glass wall allowing you to soak in the view, sleep with the sound of the waves hitting the shore and access your private hot tub! Additional upstairs bedroom with two queen beds and two loft twin beds - great for sleeping one or two family's kids! Downstairs, another private master oasis awaits with it's own tranquil courtyard with fountain and indoor / outdoor shower!
Enjoy daily breakfast and lunch prepared by the home's full-time housekeeper / cook Yensul (Mon to Sat)! You pay just the cost of the groceries required for whatever you request that she makes (compare this service with other rentals as many charge extra for daily cleaning or cooking and it is not a full-time person). With this service, you will not have to lift a finger during your stay!
Home is upgraded with house-wide VPN and internet mesh system allowing for watching US TV stations, accessing all websites and facilitating remote work / Zoom.
Our Concierge Alan will help you to stock the home with groceries before your arrival, make restaurant reservations or book excursions! Whether it’s airport pickup/dropoff, a gourmet chef brought to your home for a private dinner, a massage, or activity tour, Tony will be happy to accommodate you. He wants to help in any way to make your vacation as comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable as possible!

Loved the house and location. There were a few things that did not work or could be updated (i.e. upstairs bedroom fan and downstairs couch smelled mildewy)

We had an fantastic stay at this beautiful Punta Mita townhouse. Dayle was very responsive to our initial booking and then Alejandra took care of all details in a very timely fashion. Food was delicious and made the whole vacation stress free. The unit is a bit further from the sandy beaches but only steps away from what became our favourite beach club. We are super grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at Porta Fortuna and for the memories that were created during our stay.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. The views are spectacular. Yensul, the cook is amazing. Tony was so helpful with reservations and tee times. We are already planning to come back next year. Would rate 10 stars if we could!!!
