no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!

This cute cottage offers one bedroom, one bath and a washer and dryer. All dishes and linens are provided!
You have access to lake Kathy just across the street. This lake does not allow motorized boats or swimming but you can fish! Make sure to bring your own fishing gear.
The rocking chair front porch is perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds. Also the dining room table is in a bay window and you can see the water from there as well.
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m..

We had a great stay. Literally on the water. Place was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Communication with the owners was great and they responded pretty quickly. Only had one issue. We had a small problem with ants but by keeping stuff off of the shelves, that was mitigated.

Communication with the owner was wonderful. The property is very clean, beautifully decorated and had all we needed for a long weekend!
