This beautiful 1-bedroom flat is located in the exclusive area of Los Gigantes, in the south of Tenerife, famous for its impressive cliffs, its beach and for being a marine sanctuary, where you can see pods of dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. The climate is ideal all year round, with temperatures between 25 and 30 ºC, which makes this area a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. The flat is located in a quiet complex with a heated swimming pool, and has a large terrace with a spectacular view of the coast and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.
The terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside, as well as sun loungers for sunbathing in the Canarian sun. The swimming pool is communal, but very quiet, so you can enjoy a relaxing swim without any disturbance.
The flat is located one floor down the stairs from the main entrance of the complex. It consists of a comfortable living room with chaisselonge sofa, equipped with tv and satellite channels and wifi internet. The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
The centre of Los Gigantes is within walking distance, about 600m. There you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bazaars. The beach and the marina are about 700 m from the flat.
Access to the flat is via stairs, there is no lift. If you are travelling with children, a cot and high chair are available on request.
