Simple, comfortable apartment block "Buenavista", built in 1996, renovated in 2004. In the resort, in a central position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, children's playground. In the house: lift, sun terrace. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, pub garden 100 m, bus stop "Estación Acantilado Los Gigantes" 700 m, sandy beach 1 km, public bathing area 200 m. Sports harbour 200 m.

leider keinn Internet und sonnenstore defekt und zu kurz zum kaffe habe ich gottseidank meine maschiene dabei, wasser haben und wasser habe ich ein wenig entkalcht muss mann auch mal machen.sonst alles io danke

Ich machte zusammen mit meiner Freundin Urlaub in diesem Apartment und es war einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und desinfiziert. Ich konnte kein Staubkorn finden. Die Schlüsselhalterin ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Check-In super easy. Das Apartment war wirklich komplett ausgestattet + Extras. Das Beste ist natürlich die Lage mit Meerblick auf Los Gigantes im Westen. Es gibt kaum schönere Sonnenuntergänge. Und das haben wir täglich in vollen Zügen genossen!! :). Gerne wieder
