About this cottage rental
Set in a quiet part of the ever popular Ventnor, Driftwood Cottage is a charming, cosy, yet well sized character home. Beautifully furnished with period features whilst keeping its maritime surroundings in mind.
It comfortably sleeps four in two bedrooms located at the top of a traditionally steep cottage staircase.
The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and appliances including gas hob, double electric oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, and separate fridge and freezer.
Driftwood Cottage has its own rockery terraced garden with furniture and Barbecue and steps to a upper patio and various sitting areas, perfect for alfresco dining or those warm summer nights.
The Cottage has its own driveway which can accommodate two small cars or one large car.
Ventnor was a haven in the Victorian period and still has much of the allure it had back then.
With plenty of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants whilst also offering coastal and country aspects including St Boniface downs and Steephill Cove.
We also offer 15% discount when travelling with Red Funnel.
Bedding and towels are included, and please let us know if you need a cot or high chair.

Good location for a 1-week walking holiday. The cottage is clean, very well equipped and cosy. We received precise instructions for the check-in and check-out from the owners. We appreciated every single minute of our stay in the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay in the Ventnor. Very cold weather had left the cottage cold but fine when we worked out how to get the heating on.
So many roads closed on the whole IOW and Ventnor has only the one road in/out now.
Few restaurants open at the beginning of the week.

The property was immaculate, it had everything you needed and more. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise too. Great location, very quiet and just a 10 minute walk to the beach.
