The location was very convenient. We were able to walk to a selection of restaurants and the street was quiet, except when the fire engines were mobilised or returning. We enjoyed the little garden at the back, and sitting on the rooftop balcony. Good use was made of the small space inside the house.
A small thing, but an easier Wifi password would have been appreciated, especially since the hand-written sign was open to some interpretation!

Perfect for a what we needed for our short stay on the Island. Compact for four people but comfortable and so quiet which was very welcome.
Although it’s in Ventor, it’s a 10 min walk down to the sea front. Parking is hit and miss, we got lucky on the first night but had to park down in the main car park on the second but it was free and only really a 7 min walk up the hill to the house so got your bit of exercise in for the day.

Nice decor, comfy beds, really good bedding and towels.
The parking is an issue. One night the fire station was full and busy and we ended up having to park five streets away. Some areas of the cottage are in need of repair and a very good clean. Shame, because it could have been stunning.

Decorated well and clean. Like the botanical theme. Well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable.
No parking at all. We were aware it was a residential street but were under impression there were spaces. Very complicated TV- gave up trying to make it work.
