Welcome to Condo Surf 405, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Just steps away from the beach, enjoy Playa del Carmen from your fully furnished 3-bedroom condo. Enjoy the beach beauty while watching the ferries or while having a drink while sunbathing on your 400 square foot terrace. This 3-bedroom condo features 3 Queen-size beds, 3 bathrooms, WIFI and sea view.
This location is unbeatable! Since it has a wide beach, just a block from the famous Fifth Avenue, the El Faro residences have one of the most desired locations in Playa del Carmen. It is not possible to be better located and have all this comfort. Everything you may need is within a 3-block radius, but of course there is much more if you venture to explore further.
This complex includes 24-hour security, daily guest service during the day, with concierge service for requesting taxis and tours. It features a gym, pool, and sun loungers. It is an excellent option due to its proximity to bars, beach clubs, restaurants, and self-service laundromats.
- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a tourist area; so there may be noise, especially during holidays, as they are permitted by authorities during legal hours.
- If you rent a car, there is parking on site for $15 USD per night (reservation required).
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

Location and view. Good A/C. Less than 10 minute walk to most restaurants. No nightclub noise. Easy checkin and checkout. Guy working the front door (don’t remember his name) was great. Right on top of everything for helping with luggage, bringing groceries in and asking if we needed an umbrella the moment coming to the pool. He received tips. Unfortunately he was only working the pool area one day. Definitely recommend this place

Excellent location! Lovely apartment.
This was an excellent stay. The property has a beautiful pool that was cleaned every day and the apartment was spotless. Everything was clean and in good repair with a lovely view of the ocean and pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Locatio Was perfect. Close to grocery store, shipping and plenty of restaurants. Pool area was great and unit was clean and very well suited to our needs.
