開発が進むマクタンニュータウンに位置し、地域特有の喧騒が嘘のように静か。
飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーなども近く不便は無い。
有料のビーチまでは歩いてすぐで広くは無いが、ビーチ、プールなど安心安全にリラックスするには１日350ペソは満足のいく価格。
洗濯ができたり、自炊もできたことで慣れない国での滞在がより快適に安定したモノになった。
初めてのフィリピン旅だったが、この宿の部屋からは開発の波に圧縮されながらも力強く生活しているフィリピン独特の庶民生活地域が見える。目障りという人もいるかもしるないが、旅をする上でその国のありのままをみることはとても大切だと思う。フィリピンという国を理解した上で滞在するなら、最高の宿。
質問をするとすぐにオーナーからの丁寧な返信もあり助かった。
シャンプーがない代わりに、なぜかボディーソープが2種類用意されていた。
基本的にアメニティは持参していたので問題はなかった

Sur booking, on peut voir un beau complexe avec une piscine qui en réalité est vide, couverte de bâche et en travaux. Il serait bien de le préciser car vu l’état, je pense que le problème ne sera pas résolu demain.
La chambre est très petite lorsqu’il y a lit + canapé défait. Appartement très encombré de décorations.
