Area was easily accessible, clean and relatively quiet.
1. The washing machine was defective and was not reflected during the booking. It is important as it affects the decision on packing the number of clothings for the trip.
2. The sofa bed was a bit worn out and not as clean as expected.

The apartment is big and nice! Unit very clean and no bugs! Host accommodating. PRO TIP! If you drive, let the host know ahead. It says free parking, but special arrangements must be made to accommodate. Otherwise public parking is 300 php a day! PRO TIP: At the desk ask for a BEACH PASS & POOL PASS! The location next door will drive you to a cool beach! Free!
Hot tub at facility broke for a while now. Security said since last typhoon. No fix date. I told host of 3 issues in apartment: 1. Shower head needs replaced, refrigerator door does not close (nothing stays cold in frig) and door sticks so opening door is tricky. All 3 are easy fixes! PRO TIP: If sea view is really why you booked then go to the pool or beach area for a great view! Ocean view from room is very limited.

I love the infinity pool and the view from there. Awesome!
The Concierge was too strict & discriminating. They treat foreigners well but not their fellow countrymen. They should be more hospitable to anyone coz they’re not that famous yet & not even a 5-star resort either, I guess.

We can't use the washing machine and spoiled our food
