About this house rental
Our 3 bedroom, NON SMOKING, spacious house is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a Lake Geneva getaway. The house is a 1900’s Dutch colonial, with all the old-school charm a house from that era would offer. Location is ideal for walking to the beach, shops/restaurants, park/nature trail, public boat launch and walking trail around the lake. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per stay. Fully enclosed fenced in back yard. Pack and Play, highchair and baby gate available.
Three bedrooms located upstairs including a master with private bath, second full bathroom is located in the main floor along with the eat-in kitchen, living room, office/work area and dining area. Other features include:
- 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each – Plus full size trundle bed on 1st floor common area - Separated by movable curtains
- 2 full baths – 1 part of master bedroom other off the kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and coffee service
- Carpet on 2nd floor; Hardwood/engineered wood floors on main level
- Ample off-street parking
- Close proximity to gas station/convenience store (adjacent property to east)
- Outdoor space includes seating on front porch, deck off kitchen, gas grill and fire pit in yard
- Fenced in back yard
- Ultra fast wifi
- Towels and linens provided
- Smart TV’s – Living room and 2 bedrooms
- Washer and dryer available for use
- Access via key code that is activated just prior check-in time and deactivated shortly after end of reservation
- Access to entire property except basement
- Property is adjacent to gas station separated by tree line and privacy fence

This was the perfect house for our needs. Close to town, beach and range to drive to both Lake Geneva and Fontana. Will be looking forward to staying here again.

Starting with the pros: great location to the shops, lake and beach. Beautifully remodeled first floor with an amazing kitchen and nice bathroom downstairs. Plenty of room for many people.Cons: only one second floor bathroom that is accessible through one of the three bedrooms. Any others staying in the other two bedrooms would likely use downstairs bathroom accessible from a tenuous staircase. Not enough dressers in two of the upstairs bedrooms. Only other con is the outdoor deck that needs to be redone. Stairs are dangerous,and railing is not secure.Overall, the family did have a wonderful week. Certainly could have been better with some changes to the layout of the house.
