La vue sur le Faron et le peu de vis à vis dans un quartier résidentiel.
Propreté, les communs de l'immeuble sont en cours de réfection. Appartement rénové.
L'absence d'indications sur les commerces qu'on pourrait trouver à proximité, pour faire des achats pour le premier petit déjeuner ; si vous réservez en dernière minute, pensez tout de même à apporter avec vous de quoi faire votre premier repas...
Côté sympa de l'immeuble ancien, mais très sonore, on subit de la vie des voisins.
