If you like being overcharged for overpriced rooms that are bog standard at best, this is the room for you.

It had everything that you needed for a basic stay, although it would of been better if they had bothered to do the washing up after the previous guest as the cutlery still had last weeks meal on.

The door automatically locks behind you if you leave for any reason, so ensure that you have your key on you at ALL times. In the event of this happening, the “emergency number” does not care and advises you to book a hotel at your own expense as it will be up to 24 hours until they can come and let you back in- you will also be charged an additional cost for their call out fee for this. They ignore emails, and the “Lady” (I use this term loosely as she has the manners of a sewer rat) is so rude and unhelpful on the odd occasion she can be bothered to reply you may as well not waste your time, as it’s such a hindrance for her to help you in any way. There are many hidden costs in this apartment and this company will do anything to find a reason to keep your deposit. Would not recommend.

Excellent stay ( but no place can be made perfect for everybody) Recommended

The location was very good next to the hospital and almost walking distance to the city centre. Free parking at the rear when there's only 2 of the 4 apartments rented out. Very clean overall, a stylish small apartment with an open bedroom. Quiet neighbourhood no riff ruff when we were there.

It was only affordable in the winter months for us. Some mugs had coffee stains left. The capsule coffee machine is nice but outdated as we were unable to get more capsules anywhere in Wakefield but with Amazon mail order. It could do with a small narrow coffee table in front of the sofa to put our drinks etc. down. The large shower floor is very slippery and dangerous. The sliding shower door opens itself and needs magnets to hold it in place. In the upper staircase on the wall high up is (what looks like) a monitoring device for something which is not in the online picture, could be anything but it's for something...

The flat has very stylish in appearance but I felt could have been cleaner, the thermostat would not stay at a specific temperature and would with make the loft very hot or it became too cold. The extractor fan kept getting caught from the wind outside making a loud noise that would make it difficult to sleep at night due to the noise it would make. The owner very kindly came to see but there was nothing that could be done to stop the noise when it was windy outside. The shower gave either extremely hot or very cold water every 15 seconds switching between the two.

Excellent clean apartment - will book again.

This is an excellent apartment, well equipped and very clean. Parking was good, and I found the apartment quiet (when windows closed), with no issues with the other apartments. Access was easy, and the information provided by the owner was clear and timely. The last time I stayed was height of summer, and it was very hot. This time the apartment was perfect.

it was a bit hot, being the loft apartment plenty of sun through the roof windows. on second day, I closed the roof blinds before leaving in the morning and it really helped. perhaps a fan in the room would be a good idea.
