Het appartement is in midden van het oude stadsgedeelte gelegen: pal naast de arena. Wel niet toegankelijk voor minder mobiele personen door de draaitrap die je 3 verdiepingen dient te nemen. Dit staat mogelijk wel duidelijk in de advertentie vermeld. Veel horeca gelegenheden en een winkel op wandelafstand. Veilige buurt. Alle nodige voorzieningen in het appartement: o.a. koelkast en waterkoker. Beschrijving en foto's van het appartement volgens de advertentie klopten. Zeer vriendelijke en snel reagerende host.
Er lag spijtig genoeg redelijk wat stof en de vele spiegels waren niet netjes gepoetst.
