The location was perfect and offered amazing views of the river, not too far from Mermaid Quay and the city centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable, even the sofa bed that my brother used. There was a slight issue with the shower but solid communication got that sorted quickly. Parking was included so that really helped. The complex was nice and quiet and the instructions we were given to navigate were very helpful. We would love to stay here again some time in the future!
Very small issue regarding the door to the bedroom. Since it doesn't close properly, any draft does cause it to open slightly and slam it back into the frame. Easily propped open or closed to help and didn't cause us personally an issue, but might be worth looking at

Nice apartment, pleasantly presented. Comfy bed. Ideal for our one nights stay for son’s graduation.
Good location for both the bay and the city centre.
We only had one key fob, which was awkward when our son wanted to stay out with friends to celebrate He actually ended up staying at a friends as he couldn’t get back in without waking us (which would of been fine with us though not ideal).
Also we are used to having complimentary bottles of water and tea/coffee/milk, but nothing supplied which was disappointing.

Location was great and we felt really safe

The location was good. A little run down around the location.
There were no basics in the cupboards such as good coffee and cream in the fridge. The place was a little run down. The sheets and blankets, towel and pillows for the extra bed were buried in the closet in a not so obvious location.
