nice little apartment.

Tidy little apartment. Not massive but functional and a family of 4 fitted in this just fine. It may seem small when you first arrive and dark due to slosed shutters, but works out quite well in the end. It's quiet as well. Location is near the beach, nearby is El Riel beach bar, highly recommend using this as its a 5 min walk to a pretty decent swimming area. We buy a drink or two and use the beachside all day. Beach walks are also nearby. The facilities at the apartment were all great and a very secure apartment. Parking is also available. I would probably book again if i was ever in the area.

Key collection could be slicker, digital deposit and a keylock would of been a slicker procedure instead of collecting from another location. However, check out was easier as they come round on check out. Wifi and TV was poor, I restarted wifi hub which helped wifi in the end. Did not try TV again as that was poor. Top sheets used on bed were not comfy, all of us struggled with these, maybe we are too used to duvets but we had sleep issue with them. Bring your own top sheets Carbon Monoxide detector did not work. Looks like it has been not working for a while either. Surprised no one checks these due to regulations.

Exceptional

Modern and stylish apartment, nicely furnished, with everything you need for your stay. Plus some welcome goodies, such as drinks and snacks. You don't get the lake view, but the view on a large green meadow is somehow calming as well. Very calm area, just a few minutes drive from Peschiera or Sirmione, the closest bar is 3 minutes and a large grocery store is 5 minutes of walk away.

All good. Just be sure you understand that you need to pick up the key at a different location and need to deposit 100 EUR in cash at the check in for eventual damages... although very uncommon, it makes sense, once you realize there are a lot of younger tourists around, who seem to be off the hook....

Ihanassa paikassa ja sopivan kokoinen. Täältä löytyi kaikki mitä tarvitsimme. Alunperin olimme varannut huoneiston pariksi yöksi mut sit jäimmekin viikoksi. Isäntäväki oli ihanaa☺️

Olisi ollut täydellistä jos asunnosta olisi löytynyt myös pyykin kuivausteline ja kahvinkeitin mutta pärjättiin myös ilman niitä.
