Cozy two-room apartment in a very quiet apartment building with a parking space and garden.
Vacation apartment in San Benedetto di Lugana (between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione), near the lake and ideal as a starting point for exploring the entire Lake Garda area, including its parks and nearby towns.
An apartment meticulously maintained by the owners themselves; here you’ll find everything you might need—and perhaps even more. In the kitchen, in addition to pots, pans, and dishes, you’ll find a basic supply of essentials to make your vacation easier and avoid waste (olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee), an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, an American-style coffee maker, a toaster, and a water filter.
You’ll also find dishwasher detergent.
The apartment has a laundry room, where you’ll find a washing machine, a drying rack, and cleaning supplies—both for the washing machine and for general cleaning. We’ll take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay; please leave the kitchen tidy. However, if you need any cleaning supplies, feel free to use them.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available.
The surrounding area offers many opportunities for sports enthusiasts; right behind us are sports facilities where you’ll find an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, padel courts, and bocce courts. Additionally, a beautiful bike path runs almost right in front of us. If you’d like to spend some time enjoying water sports, simply take a walk to one of the nearby beaches to take advantage of the various amenities they offer.
