Within the Sant'Elena Residence equipped with a swimming pool, just a few steps from the lake, an apartment located on the ground floor for a family or group holiday for up to 4 people.
The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room, consisting of a sofa, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. Through a French door you access the private balcony, furnished with a dining table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a view of the Residence garden. The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms; the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC.
*The shared swimming pool is open from 25 May to 30 September. The use of a swimming cap may be required.
*The garage within the property measures: 3 x 6 m height and 2.15 m.

Peschiera del Garda is the quintessential Italian lakeside town, also called the fortified city due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical testimonies of the city can be admired starting from the entrance to the historic centre, the Porta Verona, continuing towards the Museum of the Historic Palazzina, with frescoes dating back to the 1900s. Peschiera also offers wonderful beaches and amusement parks such as the famous Gardaland, easily reachable in 20 minutes by shuttle from Peschiera train station, or in just 10 minutes by car.
The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca airport in Verona, which is less than 30 minutes by car away.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and very comfortably furnished. We immediately felt at home. The beds are very comfortable. Lake Garda is just a few minutes' walk away. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a fantastic beach bar. The bus is a great way to explore all the beautiful places on Lake Garda. We had a great time and would love to come back!
