About this house rental
Welcome to Jersey Blues - Ocean views from every floor! This brand-new home sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and a pull-out couch. The main living area is completely open with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable pull-out sectional sleeper couch to relax and watch tv and a spacious dining area.
The second floor hosts an Owner's suite with king bed, nicely appointed bath, and a private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner drink. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 queen bedrooms, both with water views and a 4th bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is a bathroom on every floor including an outside shower and powder room on the ground/bar floor.
This downstairs lounge area has an entertaining bar, tv and plenty of seating to hang out and continue to relax after your day at the beach. The home also includes an elevator that goes to all 4 levels. There is a fire pit in the yard to enjoy on those cooler nights. Jersey Blues is located a couple blocks from the beach on the same street as the Ocean Avenue beach access, close enough to enjoy the proximity to the infamous Tiki bar.
This location gives you easy access to downtown stores, bars and restaurants but out of the hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing time at the beach. Hope you have the opportunity to come down and spend some time at Carolina beach and enjoy all that this brand-new beach home has to offer.

The house was exactly as shown online - extremely clean, close to beach & check-in/out couldn't have been any easier. Had a wonderful time with family and friends.

The place is clean and new. Location is 250 steps to sand. Lowest level car port bar was a big hit with the 22 year olds. Master bedroom is huge. I a tech person and loved that all the TV's were high end, HD, and actually worked without any issues. Perfect streaming. Never had to fumble between remotes. The agent was so nice and a pleasure to work with. The master coffee maker didn't work and she came by with a new one and extra towels/covers for the couch sleepers. We ended up finding them in the ottoman. The only con was the boys on the 3rd floor sounded like a herd of cows in the master under them. But I'm sure they had drunk walk and not tip toe. I would stay there again. The beach was clean and family oriented. The sand was extra fine compared to MD beaches.

This house was exactly as listed. Very clean and the layout worked well to give us space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the couches on the lower level and feeling the ocean breeze. The beach was walking distance and we rented bikes to go check out the restaurants close by. Property managers were awesome and very responsive. Great house for business or family trips!
