Car optional. Guests can bike or walk to multiple attractions and destinations.
Other Things to Note:
Public beach access is just a 3-minute walk (we have walked it and timed it) and less than 3 minutes from the famous Tiki Bar. Beach towels provided.
Please note, in case of a cancellation refund, a 3% processing fee will be deducted.
Multiple restaurants and Carolina Beach nearby.
We cannot offer early check ins or late checkouts during this time of peak season. Thank you so much for understanding!

The house was very nice, loved the setup, decor and amenities. There were some cleaning issues but overall our stay was very good. Melissa was in contact with me everyday, making sure all was well.

We loved this property and it was very comfortable for our family!! It does need a new dishwasher and the rugs and bathroom floors were dirty. The property manager did offer to immediately replace the rugs and send someone to clean which was extremely nice. Would love to stay here in the summer sometime soon!

The house was very nice! The furniture was cozy! We cooked all meals at the house and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools! We did have some dirty bed sheets that we needed to wash. And there were some chair legs at the dining room table that were loose and need to be tightened for future guests. We just moved those out of the way. Also, the lighter on the outdoor fire place was not working. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would visit again!

We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated several standout features of this property including lay out and location. Linens were fresh and comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked making family meals easy and enjoyable. That said, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. Cleanliness could have been improved, as we encountered some concerns upon arrival including the primary bathroom not being fully cleaned. There were some maintenance items that would benefit from attention, such as rusty deck chairs that were not usable, a fire pit that did not work, however that was replaced during our stay. Initially we had unreliable internet which was resolved during our stay. The neighbors alarm went off for 24 hours straight, which was annoying, but property management did reach out to the other owner regarding that and offered a 200.00 credit for the inconvenience. With additional attention to cleaning and upkeep, this property has the potential to be truly outstanding. We appreciated the positives and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.
