Super localisation , avec une vue imprenable sur la baie . Accès à pied à la mer . Très bonne communication avec Xavier .
Un changement de la literie et du canapé me semble urgent ++ et permettrait de fidéliser les locataires.

Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man sein eigenes Auto, direkt vor der Tür, zur Wohnung parken konnte. Aber nur zum Be und Entladen. Super Panoramablick, von der Terrasse aus. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten von der Wohnung aus. Die Nähe zu Spanien für Ausflüge.
Um zum Auto zu gelangen musste man oberhalb der Anlage zu fuss gehen. (ziehmlich steil)
