Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Hafen mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafes und auch zwei Strände sind ca. 5 bzw. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestatten, die Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber Paola and Daniel sind super freundlich, wir haben uns wunderbar verstanden.

The location is close to the centre of Palau
The property space overall is good but the cleaning is not ok. Firt time we arrive the bedclothes war dirty and full of hair in one room ( we need to contact the owner to change it ). They don't have any cleaning products in the bathrooms ( for those money they should left one soap for example ... it was nothing 🤔 ). We stayed 1 week and after 3 days we asked the owner to change our towels and she was very surprised to do that !!! 🤣. Maybe they don't know that clients have some expectations and rights. After that she ( her name is Paola ) try to learn us how to sort the garbage and show us a place when we shoulg go to throw it ( for this i know there should be personal to do it ... tourists are in vacation and supposed to feel comfortable not to run after garbage place ).
In the house was very very hot and before we book it we read the description and we saw that they have AC to cool it ... one day she contact us to tell that she is very " surprised " because the AC is ON when we are left at the beach. I told her we have the right and we need to cool the house before we enter so we can rest after and mrs. Paola was not " interested " and get argued of this.
Anyway we contacted the agency to complain about all of this because it.s not normal this behavior ...
Not to forget ... we need to gave her a damage guarantee in cash. At the end she came to check and check the property to return our money as we were thieves !!!
DISGUSTING anyway ... the hospitality and services are 0 !!!
