Residence Focus Palau - new appartement

The property is great, the apartment is almost new and very spacious. In addition, plenty of space to store things like surf boards around the private entrance area, plus a nice garden-like place to sit outside on the other side, and to dry things. All needed appliances and kitchen stuff available and modern. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms/wc, well-working AC and water pressure in the showers. Close access to a small pool (shared with other residents of the apartment complex). Supermarket, restaurants and two nice beaches in a walking distance (10-15 min). Port, with access to La Maddalena tours, is 15-20 min walk away, and a popular windsurfing place (Porto Pollo) is ca 15 min drive by car. The host is friendly, we communicated per WA and they even let us check in earlier as the apartment was already available when we arrived.

The price per night was a bit on the high-end for us, but we really enjoyed our stay overall. One little issue was that the apartment doesn't have a designated parking slot. There are some publicly available (free) parking spaces located around the building, but you couldn't reserve any and most were usually occupied, so sometimes we had to search for a long time and/or park further away until we could find a slot. Would have been much better if there were a dedicated parking space reserved for the duration of stay, especially given the cost. However, we can still recommend this place overall.

Niewielki basen jak na te ilość apartamentów i dodatkowo bardzo mocno chlorowany

We loved the apartment, the proximity to cafes, beaches and town. A great little find! We loved how helpful the hosts were providing help with local recommendations for car hire, things to do and even allowed us to check out a little later due to us having a late flight.
