I would like to especially thank the front office team, particularly Mr. Khalid, for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. We had traveled a long distance and arrived before the official check-in time, and he kindly assisted us with an early check-in, which made a big difference and was greatly appreciated.
The room and the entire property were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options, and the F&B team provided attentive and courteous service throughout.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back again.

Location is good. Room sizes are good.
No basic things provided. No slippers room floor was not clean and no hangers provided to hang clothes.
